Terms of Use

This is a convenience translation. Axon is a Brazilian company and the binding version of this document is the Portuguese one, at axon-dev.com/privacy and axon-dev.com/terms; in case of any divergence, the Portuguese text prevails.
These Terms govern the use of the Axon platform, the AI agent compliance layer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. The scope, price and timeline of each diagnostic are set out in a separate contract, which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
1. The service
Axon receives transcripts of your AI agents' conversations and evaluates them with an LLM judge against a rubric agreed with you, producing scores per dimension and findings with the evidence quoted. The judge produces the score and the evidence; the compliance conclusion is human and is recorded as such. The platform supports diagnostics contracted separately.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for your account, your credentials and the members you invite. Access is controlled by roles (owner, admin, analyst, integration); the owner is responsible for granting and revoking permissions.
3. Customer AI keys (BYOK)
Evaluations run on the AI provider key supplied by you (BYOK). You are responsible for the inference cost and for complying with the terms of the provider you choose. Axon does not resell inference.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Axon for unlawful purposes, send third-party data without a legal basis, or attempt to compromise the security of the service. Content you submit must comply with applicable law.
5. Ownership
The platform, brand and software belong to Axon. The data you send and the reports generated are yours; we grant you the right to use them while the account is active.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Service level commitments, where they exist, are set out in the diagnostic contract.
7. Termination
You may close your account whenever you want. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. After termination, data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction, unless the law provides otherwise.
