Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Axon — the quality layer for AI agents. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Axon ingests your AI agents' conversation transcripts and evaluates them with an LLM judge, producing quality scorecards, evidence, fixes and alerts. Provided as SaaS.
2. Account and access
You are responsible for your account, credentials and invited members. Access is role-based (owner, admin, analyst, integration); the owner grants and revokes permissions.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed via PIX (processed by Woovi), monthly, cancellable anytime; access lasts until the end of the paid period. Pricing and limits are on the plans page.
4. Bring your own key (BYOK)
Evaluations run on the AI provider key you supply (BYOK). You are responsible for inference cost and for complying with your provider's terms. Axon does not resell inference.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Axon for unlawful purposes, send third-party data without a legal basis, or attempt to compromise the service.
6. Ownership
The platform, brand and software belong to Axon. The data you send and the scorecards generated are yours; we grant you usage rights while your account is active.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axon is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Enterprise plans may include a contractual SLA.
8. Termination
You may close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. After closure, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
